A great story and body of work, Carolyn!

Thank you. It’s incredible feeling this sense of freedom I have at 63. I’m young enough to do the things I could have done in my 20s when children and responsibilities made it all impossible!

Thank you so much x

This really resonated with me (I was 66 earlier this month)We closed our business last year and I am now building on the yoga teaching I’ve been doing part time for the last 8 years and finally doing my 300 hours training. I’ve had many breaks from the booze and think now is the time to finally kick it for good!

Thanks for responding Debbie. I promise you this, nobody ever regrets kicking booze. It is a guaranteed way to give yourself a life upgrade.

As you say parallel lives! Day 4 for me and after the boozy days of Christmas I feel clearer and calmer! Here’s to a sober 2026!😍😍🙏🏻

How are you doing Debbie? 😘

Well still flip flopping about with a drink here and there but all in all good!💪😍

The road to complete abstinence is rarely linear, if indeed, that is a destination you wish to arrive at. It's not everyone's choice, and some people successfully moderate, which is great. Once I'd learnt so much about what alcohol does to the body I couldn't unlearn it, so my path was kinda chosen for me at that point 😁😘

Excellent Debbie. It will soon be a week, and shortly thereafter you will be in double figures!! Go you 💪❤️

Amazing Debbie. Parallel lives!! Remember that nobody ever wakes up and says 'I wish I had drank last night'. Do it for you Debbie, it will be one of the best decisions of your life 🙏
